MyMOCEC Pulse AI is operated by MOCEC Ventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and delete information when you use the app.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address and authentication details needed to sign in and secure your workspace.
  • Content inputs: thoughts, ideas, brand descriptions, uploaded ebooks/files, and any other material you provide so the AI can generate content for you.
  • Generated outputs: scripts, posts, reels, campaigns, briefs and other content the app creates at your direction.
  • Usage and analytics data: actions you take in the app, plus performance metrics we read from connected third-party accounts (for example, YouTube channel and video statistics) when you choose to connect them.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, operate and improve the app and its features.
  • Generate, adapt and schedule content based on your explicit instructions.
  • Display analytics, insights and recommendations using data from connected accounts.
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates or support requests.

3. Google and YouTube account data

MyMOCEC Pulse AI uses Google OAuth to connect to YouTube on your behalf. We request only the minimum permissions required:

  • YouTube read-only access (youtube.readonly): used to read the connected channel's own public channel and video statistics so we can show them in your analytics and insights.
  • YouTube upload access (youtube.upload): requested only if you explicitly choose to enable YouTube uploads inside the app. This permission allows the app to upload new videos to your channel at your direction.

Token storage and use: OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only to provide the functionality you have requested. We do not sell, rent, license or otherwise share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

No background uploads: enabling upload permission does not cause automatic publishing. Every YouTube upload requires a separate, explicit per-video confirmation from you inside the app before anything is sent to YouTube.

Revocation: you can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time through Google Account permissions. After revocation, the app can no longer read or upload to your YouTube channel until you reconnect.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure with access limited to your account and the minimum operational access needed to run the service. We use encryption in transit and industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access. No storage or security method is completely infallible, so we encourage strong passwords and caution when sharing account credentials.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We share data only with service providers that help us host, secure and operate the app (for example, cloud infrastructure and AI model providers), and only to the extent necessary to perform those services. These providers are contractually bound to use the data only for the purpose of providing services to us.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing mocecventuresllc@gmail.com. We may retain limited information longer where required by law or for legitimate operational needs such as security and fraud prevention.

7. Your choices

You can update your account information, disconnect integrations, and manage generated content from within the app. You can also revoke Google/YouTube access through your Google account settings.

8. Children's privacy

MyMOCEC Pulse AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app before the changes take effect.
