These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MyMOCEC Pulse AI, operated by MOCEC Ventures LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does
MyMOCEC Pulse AI is an owner-directed AI content and campaign command center. It helps you generate, adapt, schedule and publish content, including text posts, scripts, reels, short videos and campaigns, based on the instructions, brand knowledge and materials you provide. Any publishing action to third-party platforms happens only when you explicitly approve it.
2. Your account and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the brand or business whose accounts, content and assets you connect to the app. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving and publishing any generated content.
3. Content ownership and license
You retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights to the content, brand materials and data you provide. MyMOCEC Pulse AI does not claim ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process and transform your inputs solely to operate the app and deliver generated outputs to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create, publish or promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing on others' rights, or in violation of any third-party platform's terms. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse APIs, scrape data, or use the service in a way that could harm the app, other users or third-party platforms.
5. Third-party services and integrations
The app may connect to third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Meta, Shopify and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, rate limits, account restrictions or policy enforcement of those platforms. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account or its data to us.
6. No guarantee of results
MyMOCEC Pulse AI provides tools and recommendations, not a guarantee of outcomes. We do not promise any specific amount of views, followers, traffic, leads, revenue, rankings or business results. Actual performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions and the quality of your content and offers.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be updated, changed, limited or discontinued at any time. We may add or remove features, and some features may be labeled as beta or experimental.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOCEC Ventures LLC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions related to ownership, liability and disputes will survive.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MOCEC Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
